These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk358 ("pk358", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://pk358.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services.

Your pk358 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or bonuses claimed, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. pk358 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify pk358 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pk358 will never contact you to request your password, 2FA code, or full payment card details through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk358 requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. pk358 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts, details of which will be communicated to you at the registered email address prior to any deduction.

pk358 accepts deposits through the following methods: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Available deposit methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. pk358 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the account may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the pk358 cashier page and are subject to change.
• pk358 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or blockchain network are your responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of blockchain confirmations. pk358 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion.
• Deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are converted to the account's operating currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal requests on pk358 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• pk358 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals on verified accounts are typically under five minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• pk358 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

pk358 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the pk358 bonus terms and conditions documentation.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• pk358 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.

Bonuses are offered at pk358's sole discretion and are not guaranteed. pk358 reserves the right to modify or cancel any active bonus with reasonable notice to affected players.

Sports betting markets on pk358 are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk358 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any given time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk358 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with pk358 games, markets, or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are considered void.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker rooms, or sports betting to achieve coordinated outcomes.
• Using pk358 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

pk358 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigations involving illegal activity conducted through its platform.

All content on the pk358 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk358 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk358 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any pk358 content without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any pk358 software or content.
• Use pk358 trademarks or brand elements in any third-party marketing material without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pk358 platform using automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk358 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pk358 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity conducted through the platform.

pk358's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk358 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk358 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pk358 Privacy Policy.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing or law enforcement authority.
• Your voluntary request to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk358 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. In cases where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full and reported to the relevant authorities.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their pk358 account may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. pk358 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk358 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pk358 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and request account closure.
